We set the scene of doing the movement sales by using the catering car, and are advancing the proposal and the package design of the menu.
We think about the package to make the Sweden dish known to Japan more making the best use of the trait of movement sales.

We plan a shop which sell the meatballs at "DEPA-CHIKA".( it means a department store's basement food floor in Japanese.) The shop sells meatballs with mashed potatoes, cherry tomatos, and other vegetables which are cooked to almost the same size as the meatball.

This week, we have thought about the ideas of new style to eat "Swedish meatballs".
